"The Rock n Roll Workout" is a martial arts based aerobic training program that was designed by Gino Bovo. His love for Rock and Roll music and the martial arts plays a big part in the course. Each set of techniques used during the workout is simply designed to fit the song.

Our NEW!! "FIGHT SHAPE" workout class is designed to give the student a martial arts/boxing fight conditioning based workout. Teaching proper striking with heavy bag and target mitts, as well as cardio & strength training. We feel that fight training is some of the best full body conditioning workouts out there. Come in and try it out for a complete and energizing workout.
